Multi Strategy 2 Enterpise (5 User)
The strategy analyzer 2 program has three game elements that are applied in business. I have developed this program to provide set of tools for a business to make a strategy and succeed. It is important to understand that strategy is important to a business, as well understanding what their competitor would do.
Highlights
Determine which business strategy is best based upon various business situations (price war, which sales pitch is best, three party strategic planning)
Easy to use
Prints report of best strategy to use
System Requirements
Windows XP, Vista, and Server 2003
512 MB RAM
10 MB Free Hard Disk
Management Support
Email support at sales@kanecki.com
Special client packages available
The three strategic elements provided are the three person zero-sum game. In the three people zero-sum game, each is evaluated as whether they will win, lose, or tie if a certain strategy is implemented. Then, the program will determine the optimum strategy, using Nash equilibrium, for each of the three players. In the politician / voter game, the strategy matrix consists of a voters poll results. The game consists of up to 5 politicians and 5 platforms. Then, based upon a strategic analysis, the leading politician is selected along with the leading platform. Finally, in the business price-war game, there are two businesses with five different pricing strategies. The program will determine what the optimum pricing strategy for each business is.
